What You Will Do
Grow strategic accounts commercially
You are responsible for expanding revenue on our largest accounts. You work a plan: opening new business units, expanding into new markets, introducing new use cases, and closing deals. You bring structure to how an account grows, and you deliver against it.
Close deals with warm context
Expansion on existing accounts is not cold outreach. You work with introductions, existing relationships, and deep account knowledge. But the motion itself is commercial: you qualify opportunities, build a business case, navigate stakeholders, negotiate, and close. If you have never closed a deal, this is not the right role.
Lead strategic account cadence
On major accounts, you establish and lead a strategic rhythm: steering committees, executive reviews, quarterly planning. You make sure these meetings produce results, not just slides. You coordinate internally to deliver on what you promise externally.
Work with structured account plans
We invest in understanding our accounts systematically. You work with account plans that give you clarity on priorities, stakeholders, and commercial next steps. You own the commercial actions, and you feed back what you learn so the plans stay current.
Connect customer insight to commercial action
You sit at the intersection of customer knowledge and commercial execution. When a colleague identifies a new opportunity, you help assess and pursue it. When the account plan highlights an untapped area, you open the door.
Use AI as part of how you work
We are an AI-native company. You use AI for account planning, stakeholder research, deal preparation, and follow-up. If AI is already part of how you get things done, you will feel at home here.
Scope and expectations
You work in a growing team with direct visibility into how the company operates. What you work on will evolve. The constant is commercial accountability: you are measured on whether accounts grow. We value people who start working with what they have, who raise ambiguities constructively rather than treating them as blockers, and who engage in honest, appreciative feedback loops with their team and leadership.
What You Bring
You have a track record of growing enterprise accounts commercially. This could come from Key Account Management, Enterprise Account Management, Strategic Account Management, or a commercial role focused on expansion within existing customers. What matters is that you have personally driven account growth with numbers to show for it.
You have worked with enterprise customers: complex organisations, multiple stakeholders, and processes that needed to be accelerated rather than simply navigated. You understand how to build a business case, how to get internal buy-in on the customer side, and how to move things forward when the default pace is slow.
You are comfortable with B2B SaaS, and ideally with regulated industries. You do not need to be a domain expert, but you must be able to hold your own in conversations with senior stakeholders in these sectors.
You use AI in your daily work. Whether that means using it for research, account planning, preparing proposals, or something else entirely, AI is a natural part of how you operate.
You think in revenue, not in relationships. You can articulate your commercial impact: expansion revenue, deal sizes, account growth rates. "I maintained excellent relationships" without commercial outcomes is not what we are looking for.
English at near-native level (C1-C2) is required. German at full professional proficiency is expected for this role as many of our enterprise customers operate in German-speaking markets. Additional languages, particularly Spanish, are valued as a big plus.
We do not filter by years of experience. What matters is your commercial track record and how you work.
