Backed by top-tier investors (Earlybird, b2venture) and growing faster than a dad joke at a Monday all-hands, we're seeking a Founder's Associate: New Business (f/m/d) to work closely with our co-founder, Marc, to support his Founder Sales activities, and enhance the commercial viability of our product.
What You Will Do
Are you adept at managing dynamic challenges and ensuring seamless execution? In this role, you'll work closely with our co-founder, Marc, to support his Founder Sales activities, and enhance the commercial viability of our product. Your primary focus will be hands-on in various aspects of the sales process:
Leverage Founder Sales:
- Take ownership of deals in regular collaboration with Marc, ensuring effective progression through the sales pipeline.
- Manage follow-ups and address client inquiries promptly, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Monitor and maintain the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions.
- Conduct product demos and provide clear explanations to potential clients, showcasing the value and capabilities of Wallet Studio.
- Create and adapt sales materials to effectively communicate our product's benefits and align with client needs.
- Facilitate the handover process to the Customer Success team, ensuring a smooth transition and continued client support.
While this role involves strategic elements, the first priority is to enhance founder-led sales efforts and successfully close leads. There's more down the road though, as Sales is driven by strategy. The following areas are examples of where you could get involved executing such strategy, following ramp-up and your initial success:
Strategic Account Development
- Conduct in-depth research on strategic accounts to understand their needs, pain points, and opportunities.
- Build actionable insights and establish initial contact with key stakeholders at both local and international levels.
Sales Initiatives Execution
- Lead project plans for major sales initiatives, ensuring seamless cross-departmental coordination and timely delivery.
- Support the founder in converting at least two strategic accounts by preparing research, presenting demos, negotiating offers, and closing deals.
