Backed by top-tier investors (Earlybird, b2venture) and growing faster than a dad joke at a Monday all-hands, we're seeking a Founder's Associate: Go to Market (f/m/d) to work closely with our co-founder, Marc, to support his Founder Sales activities, and enhance the commercial viability of our product.
What You Will Do
Your Mission for the next 6 Months:
- Identify and research 10 strategic accounts: Deep-dive into their needs, pain points, and opportunities, and prepare actionable analysis reports for each account.
- Build relationships with key champions: Identify and establish initial contact with key decision-makers within these 10 strategic accounts, both locally and internationally.
- Collaborate with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to develop tailored sales materials (presentations, demos, proposals) for these strategic accounts.
- Develop a Go-to-Market strategy: Research and design a GTM strategy for entering two new markets or industries, including actionable recommendations and potential use cases.
- Drive major sales initiatives: Develop and execute project plans for three major sales initiatives, ensuring alignment with company strategy and cross-functional coordination.
- Support founder-led sales: Assist the founder in converting at least two strategic accounts into clients by providing research, sales materials, and direct outreach. This includes demos, proposal creation, negotiations, and closing support—initially closely supported, later independently.
Strategic Account Development
- Conduct in-depth research on strategic accounts to understand their needs, pain points, and opportunities.
- Build actionable insights and establish initial contact with key stakeholders at both local and international levels.
Sales Initiatives Execution
- Lead project plans for major sales initiatives, ensuring seamless cross-departmental coordination and timely delivery.
- Support the founder in converting at least two strategic accounts by preparing research, presenting demos, negotiating offers, and closing deals.

- Sales-driven: You have the drive and results-orientation of a top salesperson, combined with analytical and strategic skills.
- Ownership: You take responsibility for your area and make a significant contribution to the success of sales initiatives.
- Innovative: You find creative solutions for complex challenges, especially when entering new markets and engaging strategic accounts.
- Resilient: You remain focused under pressure and pursue ambitious goals with perseverance and motivation.
- German and English: You speak both languages to a fluent level (additional language skills are a plus)
